Franklin Community Health Network We've been working with FCHN for over 2 years now providing maintenance and development for them.  Recently we worked with them and a designer to launch their new website.  The biggest challenge with redesigning their site was with the navigation and organization of their website.  Their old website had an overload of information and navigation options that made it difficult for the user to know where to go.  We spent months working with FCHN just on the reorganization of the navigation and a site structure.  From the feedback that's been received it's been apparent that we achieved our goals of improved usability and simplicity.

We've also developed a number of website management tools for them that allow non-technical users to make updates and additions to their website.  Some of the items that we've developed include an extensive content management system, an online photo gallery, job posting and application manager, physician profile manager, press release manager and a calendar of events.  We've also developed a few customized health related tools for them to add more interaction to their website.
