1) Open Outlook Express
2) Click on "Tools" in the menu bar, and then "Accounts"
3) The window below will then appear. Coose your account and click on the "Properties" button.
4) The window below will then appear. In the General tab you can put what you want for the Name of the Mail Account. Then put in your information under User Information.
5) Go to the Servers tab. Under "Server Information", for the Incoming mail server, put mail.yourdomain.com. (Replace "yourdomain.com") with your actual domain name. Put the same thing for the Outgoing mail server.
6) Under "Incoming Mail Server", put your full email address as the username, and then put your password.
7) ** Very Important ** Under Outgoing Mail Server make sure that "My server requires authentication" is checked.
8) Most likely, you can keep the information in the other tabs ("Connection", "Security", "Advanced") the same.
9) Under the Advanced tab, we recommend that you leave "Leave a copy of messages on server" unchecked. This will help to keep the your hosting account within it's size allowances.
10) You're now finished so click on "OK" and then "Close".
