1) Open Microsoft Outlook

2) Click on  "Tools" in the menu bar and then "Email Accounts"

3) Select "Add a new e-mail account" and click the "Next" button.

4) Select "POP3" from the list

5) Enter your information. The mail servers will be mail.yourDomainName.com (replace 'yourDomainName.com' with your actual domain name). The username will be the full email address.

6) Click on the "More Settings" button and go to the "Servers" tab. Make sure that 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' is checked.

7) Go to the "Advanced" tab and make sure that the Outgoing Server port number is either 25 or 26.

8) Click "Ok", then click "Next", then "Finish". Your email account should now be all set.
